A lot of people think that working in a call center is such an easy job. Well, they are totally wrong. Working in graveyard shifts, going to office very late at night, for me its kinda dangerous or risky especially for girls. I bet you all agree with that. That's just one reason why it is not easy being a call center employee. You also have to be very flexible. Changes is very much happening in a call center industry. A lot of changes actually. Today you are a Technical support agent then suddenly by tomorrow, you would become a sales agent. Pretty much difficult to adjust from being a tech person to a sales person. You must be really good and talented for you to achieve that in a short amount of time. So guys, if you think our job is easy, think again.
